The Cornell University Glee Club
January 16, 2011 at the 10 am Sung Mass
St. Mark's welcomed the Cornell University Glee Club, who sang the prelude to the service and help lead our worship. The Glee Club also joined with our choir to sing Widor's "Tantum Ergo", a beautiful piece written for a large group of monks and a parish choir of mixed voices.
The Cornell University Glee Club visited us as part of their 2011 California Tour -- a tour that also featured performances at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, Stanford's Memorial Church and Schoenberg Hall at UCLA.
